Decent, but Boring This book was required for my Civil Engineering senior design class. The book went into a lot of detail and explained a lot about the entire process of land development, but it was also boring. We hated it because we were all Structural and Construction student, not land development. I think an engineer in land development might like this book.
Land Development for Civil Engineers Having studied under Tom Dion as a civil engineering student in college, I can speak from personal experience that he is extremely knowledgeable about the subject of land surveying and especially land development. I strongly recommend this book as a very necessary addition to any would be civil engineer, or land surveyor reference library.
