must have 1st. book I studied Zen for 3 yrs. back in the 60's and this book is full of info to make it easier to understand. Wish I had it then. A must own book.
It is a notebook I needed a book called zen mind beginners mind for a class and I accidentally bought this. I realized I ordered the wrong thing, but this is a notebook for $12. What a ripoff.
Need to use it It's a book of blank pages which is hard to critique. Nice hard cover, though and elastic band to keep book closed. It is to be used in conjunction with Zen Mind, Beginner's Mind which I'm just starting to read.
