Yikes! It's obvious the first two reviewers only looked at the pictures and graphs, and did not read the text! If they had they would have both realized that this is not at all "inconsistent, inaccurate, and a lazy stab." I don't really know what they were expecting from this book, but the basis is to show you before and after comparisons for a particular modification. Will a particular cold air intake or cam make as much horsepower as the manufacturer claims? But this book to find out. Great at helping you plan projects without any surprises. All the trial-and-error testing is done for you. Highly recommended.

The idea of this book is great, but since there is no consistent method of measurement it's impossible to use. It's inconsistent and inaccurate and worst of all a lazy stab at a good idea. Don't waste your time like me.

For everyone that is this far into wanting to build a honda, this book doesnt have anything you don't aready know. The main theme of the book (dyno charts) might appear to add to the appeal of this book, but the methods used to demonstrate hp gains are correlated in a rather sloppy manner and do not follow any consistant methods of comparison (e.g. stock setup vs. specific bolt on only). The only situation where i would recommend this book is if you are literally 100% new to the tuning scene. If you are already familiar with the very simple bolt ons and how it affects the engine, then this books is a total waste of time and money.
