 Love it forever
I used to be in a Ramones core pop punk band, and i was all about the Lillingtons back then, but this cd came out right before the band broke up. I got a few listens to it from my old singer before we went our seperate ways. well 3-4 years later i still had songs like radio, go away, so cool, bloodbath at bk were still stuck in my head, and unlike most pop punk it sounds just as good as i rememberd... its the same band or at least the same singer as the lillingtons, but even though the songs arent totally serious its less about spys, comic book monsters, sci fi movies... its more about like girls that drive you crazy and rocking out
Rock on guys
Some bands play good music and sing good lyrics, and they're good. But some bands just have a gift. Teenage Bottlerocket have real soul in their music, I could listen to every song over and over, they're just so damn catchy. These guys need to keep spitting out great music.
Fun, Fine-tuned Pop Punk
There is nothing really new or unique about this CD, but it's somehow still extremely fresh. Maybe it's the raw energy of this CD or the great pop-punk song writing. It is absurdly catchy. There aren't any great riffs or even any really significant instrumental parts on this album that come to mind; it's straight forward chord progressions throughout. Where it works in spades is funny, honesty lyrics about teenage issues (girls, minimum wage jobs, high school, etc.), great sing-along parts and an overall energy that helps this album from ever getting corny or repetitive. I'm not sure why, but it just works really well together and somehow stands out from the rest of run-of-the-mill pop-punk bands out there. Though no individual aspect of this album standout, it succeeds because it works so well together, the final product being an excellent example of fun, fresh and energetic pop-punk. If you like the Lillingtons, check this out.

This cd is f*ckin awesome. I'm rockin out to it right now. Straight up pop-punk for fans of Screeching weasel, the queers and the ramones. check out the lillingtons too. God damn this cd is f*ckin amazing!
straight up punk, teenage bottlerocket rules!
if any of you love punk (and i mean PUNK ROCK), bands like the ramones, the living end, the methadones, sex pistols..not the pop punk you hear out there because thats not really punk. yeah it has elements of punk rock but this is the REAL PUNK ROCK. this band is amazing..of course having that power pop punk sound kinda like the ramones these guys have their own sound. two singers (which are awesome) and the raw sounding guitars and catchy tunes make this cd VERY ADDICTIVE. i suggest everyone listen to this album and this band. one of the best cd's i've heard. period.
