 good ball, but don't let kids play with it
i used the ball once, and let my step-daughter play with it, who is six years old and it hit the fireplace and popped. I still can't figure out what made the puncture, but it is not very thick so will be more prone to punctures. i didnt care about the crappy plastic pump it came with, since we have an electric one. i am going to order another one, and just have it be off-limits.
 Great quality for the price
The ball alone is worth the price, but the package also includes a very good exercise video. It was easy to inflate the ball with the provided pump. I am really pleased with this purchase.
 leaky
Spiced up my workout, nice package (includes tape measurer to ensure proper inflation). Inflated with with tire inflator from black and decker (highly reccomend).. so it was a breeze. But, sprang leak after about of week... sent it back. The spell was a bit weird, but tolerable.
exactly what i expected
This is a good one -- my former exercise ball was too small for my longish legs, and this one makes a huge difference! It came when i expected it and was exactly as promised!
Not bad, but the ball isn't the right size for me...
This is an easy to follow dvd. The ball seems to be of good quality, but the air pump is kind of a pain to use. I put between my knees and make pumping up the ball a workout in itself(haha). The ball is a little big for me- when you have to roll over on your belly and reach the floor- my arms are short or something??? I had a really hard time doing some of the moves correctly. (I'm 5ft 4in) Not bad though if you want a beginners ball work out... my husband loves to use it for ab workouts-- he's 6ft 3in....
